ALPSTEIN CROSSING 2023 TAKES PLACE

Check-In

In order to make the race as efficient as possible, we would appreciate it if as many as possible could check in with us on site Friday evening. At the check-in on site your identity will be checked, the material will be checked and you will get a goody bag from us. 😊 We will also check again with you whether everything works well with the FixFinder app. Half of you have already successfully registered on the app. The others I ask to do the online self check-in so we can identify you for timing on FixFinder. Thank you for the cooperation. If you arrive on Saturday, Check-In 2 will be open from 06:00.

Race Briefing

On Saturday 16.09.2023 the Race Briefing will take place at 08:00. At this briefing, the rules will be explained to you once again, as well as the use of the FixFinder app. We will also give you a detailed weather report and point out the small but nice tricks in the Alpstein.

Parking

We ask all participants to park at the separate parking at Wyon AG. There is no parking for you directly at Homebase. Here you can find the route on Google Maps. https://goo.gl/maps/2zxW7uCrbqPzrPqN6 The parking spaces are reserved for you until Sunday evening. We ask you not to leave litter and yes, just be normal. 😃

Overnight stay

You can pitch your tents at Homebase. There is a designated area for you. There are also WC facilities that you can use. Unfortunately, there are no showers, but there is an ice-cold stream. 😃 Otherwise we recommend of course the surrounding hotels in Weissbad and Appenzell.
